Return and Refund Policy
If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we will be more than happy to do an exchange. Returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery for refund or credit note. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
B.Boutique does not issue store credit for the original shipping charge.
Returns must meet the following requirements:

Items must be shipped out within 7 days of the order being delivered. As evidenced by the courier's tracking information.

Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original bag, tags and labels attached.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, cigarette, or similar product stains/condition will be refused and shipped back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You must provide the tracking number for your return.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up properly. Also keep proof of postage.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the exchanged piece will be shipped or that the store credit is approved.

Merchandise will be exchanged Only Once.

Store credit has no expiration date.
Please take in consideration that B.Boutique doesn't accept the following clothing/items:

All white clothing sales are final.

Accessories including but not limited belts and hats are final sales. Also bodysuit and swimsuit are Final Sale.

Items on Sale, Clearance, Holiday Specials and/ or Final Sale cant' be returned, exchanged or receive a store credit.
- B.Boutique E-Gift Card cant' be returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will ONLY be provided for articles that arrive damaged.
High Risk Orders
If your order is marked as High Risk, it will be automatically cancelled.
